Airfan was born from the expertise of Airtechnologies specialized in the design and manufacturing of custom-made turbomachines. For more than 20 years, Airtechnologies has worked in partnership with the research teams of major contractors, leaders in such sectors as Aeronautics, Medical Devices, Nuclear research, Naval construction and Automotive construction.
In 2003, the shareholders of Airtechnologies found Airfan. With their expertise in turbomachines, they have developed an innovative and efficient centrifugal blower for mechanical ventilators. Our teams are highly qualified and come mainly from the aeronautics industry known for their excellence and skill set.
Today Airfan is specialized in the design and manufacturing of « micro turbines » or blowers for respiratory and ventilator medical devices for breathing assistance.
We have developed advanced fan technology with soundproof ventilation solutions that ensure high efficiency and high acceleration rates, high dynamic capability allowing the development of of high performance ventilator and respiratory devices.
Today we are deploying our technology and our know-how over new areas and applications : medical therapy by compression and negative pressure, industrial applications, Recreational and Sports area, etc…
